DONATIONS

The Community Support Centre is a non-profit charity that relies on the support of generous donors throughout our community. You can support us by donating your time, or by making a financial contribution.

Your Donations Remain Local

When someone puts out the call for help, people like you are the reason that we are here for them. When you make a donation to the Community Support Centre, your funds remain in the community we serve, helping your neighbours.

Donations can be made in our office or online here.

Should you choose to donate online, you will be redirected to canadahelps.org where you will have the option to make a one-time donation, or sign up for a recurring monthly donation. A monthly donation shows your commitment and belief in the Community Support Centre’s mission and allows you to contribute a small amount every month that will have a huge impact on our clients.

Income tax receipts will be issued for all donations of $20 or more.

PRE-BUILT DONATION KITS

We love it when the community comes together to organize a good, old-fashioned canned food drive! In fact, we need members of the community and schools to organize these types of drives! Without them our shelves would be bare.

One of the things that we noticed when groups were doing food drives for us, is that there were items that we needed, but didn’t often get. That is where the “kits” came in to play.

Below is a list of “kits”; items that our Community Food Pantry always needs, but doesn’t always get at food drives. The goal is simple: 4 items, for your community, for someone in need, for their health.
