Since 1983 the Community Support Centre has had a rich history of providing quality health and community support services.
Community support services allow people to safely meet their unique needs, be more independent and resilient, and live the way they want to live, for longer. That is why our team works so hard to ensure the sustainability of our services. Appropriate services can delay or prevent admissions into long-term care, reduce emergency department visits and shorten hospital stays.
