Community Support Centre of Essex County requires a Manager of Community Supports, Executive Assistant to the CEO who will be responsible for management functions and a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other members. Duties include but are not limited to reception duties, arranging travel plans, meeting minute-taking and distribution, scheduling appointments and drafting both internal and external correspondence. The Manager of Community Supports/Executive Assistant to the CEO is also required to maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with employees, management and the public. Other duties shall be assigned as necessary.

The Community Support Centre has one position available for a student working 420 hours over the summer months. Preference will be given to those who possess knowledge of Microsoft products (Publisher;word;excell;outlook), have great customer service skills . (Position is now filled for 2017)

Students will need to provide a copy of a recent Vulnerable Sector Check and proof of liability insurance from your school to start the placement. Students will receive training and orientation prior to taking on a student placement.
