Executive Team


Tracey Bailey- Chief Executive Officer


Tracey Bailey is the Chief Executive Officer for the Community Support Centre of Essex County and the Community Food Pantry. In 2018, she was selected as a lead to serve on the Sub-Region Health System Accountability Table. In 2018, she was elected as Deputy Mayor for the Town of Lakeshore after having served 2014-2018 as Ward 4 Councillor. Tracey currently represents the County by serving on the Windsor Essex Library Board, 911 Technical Advisory Committee and as a Board Member of the Windsor Essex Health Unit. She sits on many community committees and lends her expertise to many boards. She is an advocate for Community Development, Accessibility, Transportation, Social Support Services and sits as Vice-Chair of the ELK Energy Board.

Tracey is a proven leader and works collaboratively with her team. She is a 2015 recipient of the St. Clair College Alumni of Distinction Award and a nominee for the Ontario Premier’s Award. Tracey is a lifetime member at the Stoney Point Sportsman’s Club and is a Proud member of The Belle River Legion Branch 399.

Tracey is a St. Joachim resident, a wife to Bill and a mom of three beautiful daughters.

Nicole Strong - Vice Chair

Nicole Strong – Chair


Nicole Strong is Business Architect with TD Business Banking. She has expansive experience in both Banking and Industry (Finance and Operations) and in December 2015 successfully obtained certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Nicole is an avid and dedicated volunteer with over 10 years of service to the Community Support Centre. She is a strong advocate and promoter of the centre and passionate about the support services made available to our community and the volunteers that make it possible. Nicole currently resides in Belle River with her husband Lorne and two children Luke and Jack.

Frank Bracken – Director

Frank was born and raised here in Lakeshore. Along with his wife, Wende, he has four children and three grandchildren. Frank is a very strong family and community centered individual, volunteering with the centre and the Goodfellows for over 12 years. During his time, he has been involved with the food pantry, meals on wheels, vehicle procurement and the preparation and delivery of the Goodfellows food baskets. He is pleased to be on the Board of Directors and is looking forward to giving back to the community for many more years to come.

Jim Tracey- Vice Chair

Jim resides in Emeryville with his  wife Monica and has three children. Jim is a proud grandparent to 4 grandchildren and takes great pride in his family. He is a director member and an avid volunteer.  Jim has spent most of his career working in Broadcasting, Marketing and Entertainment. He has worked with CTV, CBC News and Caesars Windsor as the Senior Manager of Multimedia. He has also had a long history of volunteering with various organizations including the Community Support Centre.  Jim believes that giving back to the community is essential to building a strong and vibrant place to live where everyone has the ability to live independently and proudly. Everyone needs a helping hand from time to time and the Community Support Centre’s Board of Directors, Staff and Volunteers are here to serve with care and compassion. Jim is proud to have served as both a staff member and now on the Board Of Directors of the CSC.

Susan Dozois – Treasurer

Susan Dozois is the Treasurer of the Community Support Centre and the Chair the Community Food Pantry. She is recently retired from the National Bank of Canada and works as a Financial Planner. Susan is an avid volunteer and dedicates her time to helping people in need.  Her other volunteer contributions are Lion’s Club Member and Board Member of the Community Living Parent Ensemble

Geoffrey Stephenson – Director

Geoff Stephenson is the Owner and Operator of Choice Training and Consulting, helping companies with Training, Program Development and Human Resources needs. He is also a graduate of the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Geoff currently lives in Lakeshore with his wife Shannon, and two children Tyler and Lauren.  He enjoys spending time with his family doing a variety of activities, photography, gardening, and finds time to get out for the occasional round of golf.

Cathy Masse – Director

 Cathy is employed by the Ford Motor Company and has been on the Community Support Centre Board Of Directors since 2001. She has served the community by her dedication to helping others and has a commitment to ensuring our programs and services continue to grow and improve.

Roger Brothers – Director

Roger is a long time funeral director in Windsor & Essex County. Since July of 2013 he has been the Managing Director for Melady Funeral Home in Belle River as well as for the Marcotte Funeral Home in Tecumseh. Roger is the Past President for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of Canada – Windsor Chapter, a past member of the Rotary Club of Windsor-St. Clair and a board member of the Belle River On The Lake B.I.A. He resides in Belle River and has three children; Madison, Morgan and Benjamin. In his spare time he enjoys camping, fishing and golfing. Roger is a proud member of the board and appreciates the opportunity of being able to serve the community in this capacity.

Dan Ladouceur-Director


Dan resides with his wife Pam in Lakeshore. He is a proud father of Lyndsi and Wes, Grandfather to Madison, Colten, Adelynne and Rielle. Dan worked at Belle River Home Hardware and Home Furniture for 41 years as Manager and the last 24 years as Dealer Owner. Dan is currently President of Weslynn Properties Ltd., a Lakeshore Property Management Company.  Dan has been active for over 20 years on the Belle River BIA, serving as Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and currently a Director.  Dan still enjoys playing hockey and is a member shareholder at Kingsville Golf & Country Club.  Dan is also a volunteer to the Community Support Centre of Essex County Meals on Wheels Program.

Laura Liebrock – Director


Laura Liebrock is a long standing Lakeshore resident, having grown up in Emeryville and Belle River and then moved back to the area to raise her family.  She is passionate about the support needs of people residing in our community and has a desire to give back by becoming more involved. Laura brings over 20 years of non- profit experience to the CSC Board. She is currently the Chief Quality Improvement and Privacy Officer with Canadian Mental Health Association Windsor Essex County.  She has a combined degree in Psychology and Gerontology and completed her Masters in Health Studies in 2011. Laura is certified in the IDEAS Advanced Learning Program and enjoys applying knowledge, skills and tools to lead quality improvement initiatives.

Diana Lausch -Secretary

A results-oriented business woman with extensive and diverse experience in corporate, private and service environments. An effective leader and problem solver who quickly identifies challenges and opportunities and implements creative solutions to achieve practical and cost effective results. Diana has lived in Lakeshore for 28 years. Currently retired from Colonial Tool Group Inc. and Colonial Tool Sales & Service (U.S.) as president and shareholder. She is a proud member of the Community Support Centre of Essex as a Director and Recording Script, and a Food Bank Volunteer. Diana has a passion for the young and the old and loves giving back to our community.
